At Kat's Collection, we ship our artworks worldwide. We carefully package each item to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. Our shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the item, as well as the destination. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take pride in the quality of our artworks, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. We do not cover the return shipping costs. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
